I flew to Los Angeles to attend UFC fighter Arman Tsarukyan's training. We spent two days together. This video is about the first day, when Arman took me to the famous Black House wrestling gym after my arrival. The training was freestyle wrestling, we wrestled for a long time and practiced a lot of techniques. After the first training session, we went to Arman's home, where he cooked lunch. The second training session focused on striking, where we chatted with the coach and watched Arman's training process. Late in the evening, we stopped on the road and took a regular roadside bus, ordered some delicious food, and then recap the day and exchanged opinions and thoughts.
