WE REBUILT THE FORD FOCUS ST ENGINE!

Last episode, we bought a Ford Focus ST with a blown engine and completely tore it apart to find out what went wrong. After discovering severe bearing damage, it was clear there was only one option left: a full engine rebuild. In this episode, we start putting everything back together. The cylinder head gets rebuilt, the short block gets assembled with parts from a donor engine, and we tackle one of the most important jobs of the entire project: rebuilding the heart of this 309 horsepower Focus ST.
