KOPINE LIK MBILUNG and JOLALI KOPI are traditional coffee products harvested by traditional coffee farmers in Gunung Merbabu, Boyolali district, Central Java Province. Coffee plants are cultivated in the traditional way, coffee beans are picked in the traditional way too, and post-harvest processing in the traditional way (natural). Then we process it using the roasted fry method using a earthenware pot. This is Merbabu coffee, Boyolali coffe product.
