Gradually add the flour and make a soft dough. Cover the lid and let it rise for 45 minutes. While the dough is rising, combine 4 cups oil, 7 cups flour, and 1 teaspoon salt in a separate bowl until it reaches the consistency of flour halva. Divide the risen dough into 5 equal pieces. Using a rolling pin, flour each piece and brush it with oil. Fold it in half. Grease the dough again and fold it again. Roll out the dough slightly with your hands and fill it with the prepared filling. Fold the dough over and roll it out again to your desired size. Place it on a greased baking sheet and brush with the yogurt and egg mixture. Bake in the oven until golden brown on top and bottom. Enjoy!
