(00:24) -How Long will V18 be supported once V20 is released? (01:24) -What are some of the standout features in V20 that we should be excited about? Especially those that mark a significant leap from previous versions.(03:08) -For the managed service providers, I'm keen to know if and how v20 will streamline the deployment process for new 3CX customers. Could you share some insights on the enhancements made in this area?(05:49) -Will the new update require more server resources than in the past? (08:45) -Can you share some more about the new management console concept and how that will make it easier for management and deployment? (08:58) -Will there be any way of bulk management of queues? Adding agent(s) and supervisor(s) to multiple queues at once instead of clicking every queue one by one? (13:32) -I see a growing number of customers asking for an easy way to switch active calls between IP phone (or desktop app) and mobile app. Is it considered? (16:12) -The biggest issue with mobile app is that agents can't see lost queue calls there. Will it be addressed? (18:43) -As user groups / departments are growing in functionalities it would be great to give system admins control of who can call who (one group to another). Is it on the road map?(21:27) -Any news on the public API? (23:09) -In many companies and authorities in Europe, the Windows Store is deactivated for security reasons. For data protection reasons, Microsoft 365 and therefore Intune are often not permitted either. How can such companies and authorities install the new V20 client? Will it also be available as an MSI with /silent so that the client can be easily distributed without MS365/Itunes? (26:06) -It is best practice to clearly separate normal work and administrative activities. In the new V20 client, both are now combined in a single interface. Will it also be possible to separate this securely with the V20 client? For example, that at least a password prompt appears when accessing the admin functions? (27:36) -Can we have the option to minimize the system tray (like older client versions have)?(28:26) -One issue I have seen while adding a user through the new "Admin Console" is the inability to specify the user's extension, will this be resolved in v.20? (29:30) -Are there any updates around Reporting? (specifically maybe some insight into what might be available in the reporting suite) (30:57) -In the V20 beta running captures appears to be removed, is there plans for this to be re-added?
