Seo Min-kyu, who became the first Korean male skater to win the Junior Grand Prix Final while breaking his personal record. Although he finished second overall in the selection competition following Cha Jun-hwan, his Olympic debut will have to wait four years due to the International Skating Union's age limit. Choi Ha-bin, a 16-year-old newcomer who finished third in this season's Junior Grand Prix and third overall in the selection competition, has also confirmed her potential. Her disciplined performance interpreting the free skating theme song "Pirates of the Caribbean" is impressive. In the women's singles, the growth of twin sisters Kim Yu-jae and Kim Yu-seong, separated by just six minutes, is notable.
