Trains at Seaford Meadows - Adelaide Metro
In this video we see some trains at Seaford Meadows, one of the newest stations on Adelaide's rail network. Opening on the 23rd February 2014 the station was built as part of the extension of the Noarlunga line from Noarlunga Centre to Seaford, designed to serve some of Adelaide's growing southern suburbs. The station features an overhead footbridge with stairs and lifts, CCTV, passenger information displays, emergency help points and a 550 space car park. Here we see some Adelaide Metro 4000 Class EMU's during afternoon peak hour. As well as stopping trains we also see a couple of express trains, and some entering the stabling yard and maintenance depot which sits opposite from the station.
