The combination of cabbage, carrots, and apples is structured to target this exact spot simultaneously from both the inside and the outside. It is not an expensive nutritional supplement or health food; it consists of just three ingredients that cost less than 10,000 won at the supermarket, yet the effects are much more direct. Vitamin U in cabbage repairs the damaged intestinal mucosa from the inside, while the beta-carotene in carrots converts into Vitamin A in the body, pushing out existing inflammation and damaged skin from the outside. Adding half an apple with the peel allows the apple's pectin to form a protective coating over the intestinal mucosa laid by the cabbage, and the apple's polyphenols, along with the carrots, reinforce the skin's antioxidant activity.
