SUMGAIT CITY

As of 2011, Sumgait had 49 schools, 13 vocational and music schools, Sumgait Private Turkish High School and a teachers' institute. The only university in the city is Sumgait State University. The Geography. Sumgait administrative region is located in a flat area along the northwestern coast of the Caspian Sea.
