Solo Backpacking the East Coast Trail

I've been in search of some of the World's Best Hiking trails, the lesser known the better, this search took me to explore the island of Newfoundland on Canada's Eastern edge. The East Coast Trail is a 335km hike spanning the edge of the Avalon Peninsula, it can be hiked or backpacked in sections or in full. Could this be the best hidden gem thru hike in North America, This hike can take up to 3 weeks, but with just a few days to spare I chose to begin in the La Manche Provincial Park for 3 days on the coast and this is my cinematic journey solo backpacking along the trail.
