HPE dl580 G8 it upgraded from 1TB of Memory to 2TB This is a VM-ware server with something like 50-100 servers running on it. The bottleneck is the amount of memory, to run more servers on these. The licenses for these are crazy expensive,, so instead of buying more servers,, we get more RAM.
