Practice + Pancakes: Olympic Champion Ahmed Hafnaoui Crushes 22x75 @ Mile Pace

While filming at Indiana University, SwimSwam got to see 2020 Olympic Champion in the 400 free Ahmed Hafnaoui in action during a Monday afternoon Mile set. Hafnaoui is training at Indiana this year even though he won’t be eligible to compete in the NCAA until the 2023-24 season. During this practice, he lined up against 2020 Egyptian Olympian Marwan El Kamash and NCAA All-American Mikey Calvillo.
