釧路港 鮭開幕戦

I thought it might be a little early this week, but I decided to go to Kushiro Port to try and catch salmon. I arrived at my destination the afternoon before, gathered a lot of information, and started fishing at 4:30 AM on the day. This was my first time fishing for salmon using the "dip-the-hook" method, and I caught my first salmon 10 minutes into the day, with a second one about five minutes later. I missed that one, but the best time seemed to come around 7 AM, and by 11 AM I'd managed to add to my haul of six salmon. This was my first time catching more than three in one day. I had originally planned to fish for two days, but I ended up returning home after only half a day.
