Meet Badger Johnson and Chris Smyth, owners and operators of Southern Ohio Chestnut Company. These two agroforesters are growing chestnuts, paw paws, and native prairie plants that are alley cropped with garlic. The Nature Conservancy of Ohio agriculture team knows that it's important to show the many diverse methods of producing crops and livestock.
