Today, the Ooni of Ife and Arole Oduduwa, His Imperial Majesty Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, commissioned the newly built Iredumi Compound Hall, generously donated by Chief Henry Alex Duduyemi — the Aro, Asiwaju of Ife, and Baálé of Iredumi Compound. The commissioning ceremony is part of the lead-up to the 90th birthday celebration of Chief Duduyemi, a highly respected elder statesman, business magnate, and cultural custodian.
