TRIBUTE of One of my favourite violonist Ginette Neveu, french violonist, (1919-1949) plays Beethoven Violin Concerto in D, opus 61. Southwest German Radio Orchestra (Baden-Baden) conducted by Hans Rosbaud. I. Allegro ma non troppo Live recording in September 1949, one month later: on the evening of the 28th of October 1949 Ginette Neveu, with her brother Jean Neveu as accompanist, left on board a Constellation bound for America. Hours later it crashed in the Azores; there were NO survivors...
