HOMELAB SERVER that runs AI + NAS + Gaming on ONE SERVER What Could Go Wrong? - Everything

I built one machine to do EVERYTHING. This includes gaming on AAA titles, run a 40TB NAS, and host local AI models and do this all at the same time using Proxmox with three virtual machines. The AI server worked great. The NAS mostly worked. But gaming? Complete disaster. Older games like CS and Rocket League worked fine. ⚠️ LESSONS LEARNED Anti-cheat engines (especially EA's) actively block virtual machines. This isn't a bug — it's by design.
