We hit Rice Lake for a quick few hours of trout fishing, and it completely blew our expectations out of the water! Originally, the plan was just to set up and fish right from the main dock. But right as we arrived, we ran into another angler who had already hit his 2-fish limit. He dropped a massive clue, telling us he caught them all on the "inside." Being that this was only my second time ever fishing Rice Lake, I was incredibly curious. What exactly did "the inside" mean?
