Globally, a meta-analysis of over 15,500 men found the average erect penis length to be 13.12 cm, with a girth of 11.66 cm. This places Saudi averages slightly above global norms but still under the widely misunderstood “6-inch average.” It's crucial to understand that visual or anecdotal perceptions, like in locker rooms or porn, do not reflect population-based statistics.
