Swanage New Years Eve Street Party Dec 31 1998

The last big new year party, 30,000 attending. 1999/2000 was bitterly cold which deterred a lot of people and, was also the big Millennium celebration with every town holding their own events. It never returned to those giant gatherings of the 90's.
