Root Chakra Healing & Balance | Reiki ASMR | 396hz

Enjoy this gentle Reiki ASMR session aimed at healing and re-balancing our root chakra. Our root chakra is red, lies at the base of our spine, and is related to our feeling of safety and security. It is where we ground ourselves to Mother Earth. When unbalanced or blocked, our lives tend to be ruled by fear, and we can have great difficulty in making even the simplest of choices. When the root is overactive, greed and paranoia can result, sometimes manifesting as eating disorders. In this healing, I use Reiki and selenite to clear and sweep away stuck and stagnant energies and re-balance our root, and a 396hz frequency tuning fork to liberate us from fear, anxiety, and any self-limiting obstacles created by our mind. Lastly we bring in my favorite bronze singing bowl to help create a golden shimmering shield around us for cleansing and Divine protection.
