Outre Neesha 203 Wig review and unboxing. Outre dropped their revamped version of the Neesha wig with a collection of Neesha's wig. These wigs were the hottest wigs of 2019 and we finally got our hands on some. We reviewed the Neesha 203 in the color DRFF2/BUTTERSCOTCH. It is a synthetic lace front wig with a middle part that can be shifted. The hair texture is a super soft yaki that mimics a natural hair blow out. Neesha 203 is about 26 inches in length and has a very full density. It also heat friendly. This was definitely our favorite wig of 2019.
