First Lady of the Bahamas in Ghana & Sees Her Son Become a Chief in Ahanta Community

Christopher Omo Shango Davis, is a Historian who traced the roots of the Junkanoo Festival which takes place in the Bahamas to the Ahanta people of Ghana. He has travelled to Ghana several times the last two years with his continued research and has made contributions to the community. He was subsequently enstooled as a Chief last month in Busua, Western Region. The First Lady of the Bahamas travelled to witness the ceremony and experience Ghana's culture.
