Yugioh's visual changes to cards released internationally are well-known at this point. Stuff like clothing, blood, weapons, etc tend to get covered up in some way. However, what about those changes that go unnoticed? The changes that you wouldn't even suspect if they weren't pointed out to you. They could be small or just something innocuous.
