This is Part 3 of our UK trip: two days in Edinburgh and a day trip into the Scottish Highlands. In Edinburgh, we explored Edinburgh Castle, the Writers Museum, the Royal Mile, and Calton Hill, and attempted to climb Arthur's Seat (we summited Salisbury Crags instead and called it close enough).
