Buying A CHEAP Z28 Camaro That's Only Been On FIRE A Little Bit

I used to see this 1993 Chevy Camaro Z28 rolling around town and flagged the owner down to talk about it. My car is a 94 with T-Tops and an auto but this car is about as close to a perfect twin as you could have. Max reached out to me a couple weeks ago and said the car had caught on fire and he wanted to sell it. I said I'd come check it out thinking I'd be parting it out and using the body to breath some life back into mine.
