HVAC: Customer Lifetime Value Explained | Find Which Customers Create the Most Profit

If you only look at revenue per job, you are missing the bigger picture. In this video, I show how to calculate Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) for an HVAC business by measuring the total gross profit generated by each customer over time. Then we segment customers by member vs. non-member and residential vs. commercial to see which groups create the most value. This is a much better way to understand who your best customers really are and where you should focus growth and retention efforts.
