Nuclear Segmentation Tutorial in FIJI/ImageJ using the Multichannel Nuclear Analysis plugin

In this tutorial I show how to use the Multichannel Nuclear Analysis FIJI/ImageJ plugin I developed to analyze fluorescence microscopy images. The plugin uses Stardist to automatically segment nuclei and then quantify the fluorescence for different channels, generating data tables and intermediate files helpful for thorough analysis.
