Quick and easy Singapore Mei Fun (Singapore Noddles) - Anna Than

Singapore cuisine is well-known for ‘’Mei Fun” also called Singapore noodles, this dish has the umami from curry powder and a nice yellow, natural color from turmeric. Mei Fun can be made with many ingredients like char siu, chicken, or pork, but today, my recipe with be using some shrimp and Chinese sausages. You don’t need to travel halfway around the globe to try Mei Fun because, with this recipe, you can easily make it. Let’s go! 🥘INGRDIENTS🥘 Rice vermicelli 200gr (7 oz) Shrimp 200gr (7 oz) 1 Chinese sausage. 2 eggs. Oyster sauce Fish sauce Soy sauce Curry powder Sugar Salt Pepper Sriracha sauce 🥬 vegetables Napa cabbage 200gr (7 oz) 1/2 a carrot 1/2 a red bell pepper 1/2 a yellow bell pepper 1/2 a green bell pepper 1/2 an onion Green onion.
