What If the Witch King Was Voiced By the Horned King?

For my next experimental video, I attempted a mashup between the Rankin Bass adaptation of "The Return of the King" and Disney's "The Black Cauldron," where the dialogue for the Witch King of Angmar is dubbed over with voice clips of the Horned King. The original clips from the Rankin Bass film are these:    • THE RETURN OF THE KING 1      • Video   I have not yet had the chance to see this Rankin Bass movie, since I am having a hard time finding it on TV or pay-per-view, but I did get a chance to see their adaptation of "The Hobbit." When I saw the two clips featuring the Lord of the Nazgul, what struck me is that his design was pretty good and the atmosphere surrounding him was very neat... until the Witch King started talking. A ton of other fans had the same reaction towards the Witch King's voice, and it baffled me how they did such a great job with Richard Boone voicing Smaug, yet did not at least do the Witch King the same justice. Over the following years, I finally got the chance the see Disney's "The Black Cauldron," and I eventually noticed that the Horned King had the exact menace and charisma, which I felt this rendition of the Witch King needed. Now that I recently began making YouTube videos, I finally decided to put that to the test, to see how much of a different just changing the voice can make. By the way, the person who voiced the Horned King was John Hurt, who also coincidentally voiced Aragorn in Ralph Bakshi's adaptation of the first two Lord of the Rings books.
