Tumore al seno metastatico HR+/HER2-, ribociclib allunga la vita nelle donne in post-menopausa

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting provided important confirmation of the survival benefit offered by the cyclin inhibitor ribociclib, added to hormone therapy, for postmenopausal women with HR+/HER2-metastatic breast cancer. This confirmation comes from a key study, the pivotal MONALEESA-3 trial, and we discuss it in this interview with the study coordinator for Italy, Professor Michelino De Laurentiis, Director of the Department of Breast and Thoracic-Pulmonary Medicine at the National Cancer Institute IRCCS Fondazione 'G.
