According to him, Indonesia is competing with several other countries to secure the trust to host the event, which is considered a crucial momentum for improving the quality of football in the Southeast Asian region. Erick Thohir also revealed that President Prabowo Subianto has expressed his full support if Indonesia is officially appointed as host.
