We all learned of Bobby's passing the day before, that's right, Saturday night. Deadheads needed to gather, and this pop up show, with dancing in the streets of the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, came together with the spontaneous energy inspired by Bobby and the Dead. 💜 unto eternity Bobby... not fade away. Sending love to Bob's wife Natascha, and their daughters Monet, and Chloe; may you all find grace during this difficult time, and may your hearts be healed with miracles, every day. Thank you for loving and caring for Bobby, and for graciously sharing him with all of us. Grateful for Psychedelic SF Gallery for the space. Thank you to The People's Coffee shop next door and all the neighbors and other businesses on that corner, sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for being so kind! On a technical note, this is the video that I streamed on Facebook live yesterday. I had shot a separate video in 4k, but the sound came out garbled. I'm going to see if I can get a board recording from the band and maybe match up the better quality video with the sound.
