We finally have a Lotus trumpet in stock and available for sale! Check out the Silver Flare!
[links in description] Wow! We have one in stock! Finally! Plays amazing! Lotus Silver Flare Trumpet in brushed raw brass finish with polished inner bell. Horn is in great shape. There are a few fingerprints on the bell stem from handling in shop, beyond this it is a fantastic looking instrument that plays even better! This horn also comes with 2 additional main tuning slides and an extra bottom valve cap. This model has an oversized flare of pure Silver, which has a very different sound signature as a result. The silver flare expands the boundaries beyond a normal trumpet sound. Lotus machines their own leadpipes to ensure accuracy of proper taper and wall thickness, which they say results in superior note targeting, accuracy and enriches your sound. Order it today here: https://www.austincustombrass.biz/lot... What Lotus says: A large and distinctive sound with lots of shine and a warm mid-range. The Silver Flare offers a truly unique and sweet trumpet sound. Ideal for Jazz and Contemporary soloists like LOTUS Artists Marcus Printup and Ryan Nielsen. This is a truly unique and sweet trumpet sound. As with every LOTUS trumpet, it's incredibly stable, but there’s an added level of flexibility and a different range of colors from the rest of our line. A common response from our Jazz improvising friends is that they final have a horn that puts everything into one instrument. Note bending in both directions, dark and creamy tone color for Ballads, full throated joy for a shout-chorus and bright/zippy punch for horn section work is all there. All of this is due to the magic combination of the Nickel Silver leadpipe and Sterling Silver bell. This horn is not recommended for Lead players (not due to range issues but to tone color and "blow/feel"). Orchestral players in a modern music ensemble or those appearing as a soloist might love the Silver Flare, but we do not recommend this model if the player is required to blend with more conventional sounding trumpets in a section context. Of course this includes the patented MAW valve block to round out this true SUPERHORN. No dents, dings, and very few signs of use play testing in shop! This is a very, very rare opportunity to get a world-class horn without Really fluid feel to the horn and awesome responsive articulations. What do you think of the horn?
