2020 Solo Backcountry Paddle Board trip

Solo backcountry paddle board trip on the Bird River in Manitoba's Canadian Shield. The ISLE Explorer inflatable SUP handled my 80lbs of gear with ease and performed flawlessly. This adventure fulfilled a bucket list item. I would have liked to spend a few more days on Elbow Lake but the weather dictated otherwise, limiting my trip to only 4 days. In parts of the video you probably noted a small orange electronic device. This is a SPOT, one-way satellite communications device. It sends a signal every 10 minutes which my family could see on the SPOT app, leaving a "bread crumb" trail on a map of my travels. It's also got an Emergency button if when pushed, would signal for immediate help. NOTE: For the best picture quality, play it in 1080HD.
