Pavlina is convinced that since 2012, the Earth has been undergoing an accelerated shift in consciousness and vibration. For her, the current turmoil in politics, economics, and society is an expression of this profound transformation process. A central theme is the power of truth. According to Pavlina, energies have been at work for several years, supporting people in releasing old patterns and reconnecting with their inner voice. Many changes, therefore, are taking place not only externally, but primarily within each individual. She also discusses energetic impulses intended to strengthen our intuition, as well as the connection to ancestors, angels, and spiritual realms. She is critical of mainstream media coverage, pointing out that topics such as UFO sightings and extraterrestrial phenomena are discussed much more openly in other countries.
