You have been asking God for permission to use something He already gave you. The Name of Jesus is not a resource you petition God to grant access to — it was placed in your possession at new birth as completely and as permanently as any inheritance. Jesus does not say if you believe or if you have enough faith. He says the Name has been given. It is yours.
