These crops will feed you for months

Some of the most valuable crops in my garden never see a freezer or a canning jar. In this video, I'm sharing the storage crops I grow every year, why I grow them, and how they help feed us for months after the growing season is over. From potatoes and onions to winter squash, garlic, and other long-lasting vegetables, these are the crops that store naturally in a cool, dry place without complicated preservation. I'll also talk about which storage crops I plant in the summer and which ones I plant for a fall harvest so we have food that lasts well into the winter.
