Darth Vader Helmet Part 3 (Worbla Shell) - Craft Dad

DYI Darth Vader Helmet made from card stock, wood glue, and worbla. I printed the Pepakura file I found of Darth Vader's Helmet, assembled the helmet using a contact cement, you can watch the first two videos in the series showing this. In this video I cover the paper model that has been strengthened with wood glue with worbla. I have not seen anyone on the internet doing this, so I wasn't really sure how well it would work. Well the worbla worked great. The wood glue on the paper helped prevent the paper from igniting or burning from the intense heating of the heat gun. Because there was no burning foam under the worbla I did not get any bubbles in my worbla.
