Persija Jakarta officially released one of its mainstays, Riko Simanjuntak, to PSS Sleman on loan for the second half of the 2024-2025 Liga 1 season. Persija Jakarta management was aware that Riko Simanjuntak's playing time had decreased in the first half, and therefore released him to restore his form.
