What's The Best Spotting Scope? | Tactical Rifleman

This week I wanted to touch on things to consider when choosing a Spotting Scope. Sounds easy, but there's a lot of options out there. Most of my military career was as a Green Beret behind a sniper rifle. So, I tend to lean towards the requirements that a military sniper team might need. What's that? I'm going to cover options and take a walk down memory lane, showing some of the spotting scopes that US Army snipers have used in the past four decades. My personal favorite?
