Crochet Ruffle Shorts

Hey guys so I had to make a tutorial for these easy high- waisted ruffle shorts. Super easy to pair with a cute tank , v neck, jean jacket...so many options. I used: Lion Brand ZZ Twist in the color Silver Measuring Tape Stitch markers ( you can use and contrasting piece of scrap yarn) Scissors.
