There Is No Spiritual Truth To Find

You look for spiritual truth like a fish looks for water. The fish does not need to find the ocean. The fish is the ocean. You are reality already. Not trying to reach it. Not seeking it. Not becoming it. That is the whole thing. We have the strange habit of looking for something that was never lost. We look for peace, for freedom, for truth, and in the act of looking we announce that those things are not here. But looking is the mind pretending. The mind creates a seeker, and the seeker creates a search, and the search creates more noise. There is no spiritual truth to find because there is nowhere to go. You are already what you are looking for. The only problem is you do not believe it. Sit alone. In silence. Stop trying to see reality. Stop trying to become silent. Just sit. Like falling asleep. Nothing will happen. That is the point. And when nothing happens, you might notice nothing was ever missing.
