Sac à main

Today I'm making a cute little handbag, perfect for giving greeting cards or a special little gift to someone special. 😃 I always love reading your comments, so please feel free to leave a comment. If you like my video, please like and share it to support my work and help spread the word about my craft. 😊 Here are the dimensions if you'd like to make it yourself. I've listed the measurements in inches first, and below you'll find all the measurements in centimeters. Project measurements in inches: Designer Paper (DSP): 12 x 12 inches Fold at 2 7/8 and 9 1/8 inches (if your paper has a specific orientation, at this stage, position it right-side up). Rotate the paper a quarter turn to the left. Fold at 4 5/8 and 7 3/8 inches. Plain cardstock: we'll cut strips. 9 x 1 1/4 (x2) Folded in half at 5/8" crease. Crease the fold properly and apply glue to the inside to create the loops. 6 1/4 x 2 3/8 (x2) Folded in half at 1 3/16". Make pencil marks 5/8" from each side (left and right). Place the loop strip next to this line, slightly inward, to draw the second line. Cut between these two lines with a craft knife; this is where the loop will be inserted and glued to the inside. Insert and glue the loops, then glue the strips to each side of the bag, positioning the loops so they form a curve facing inward. Cardboard for the closure: 3 3/4 x 2. Emboss with an embossing folder. Glue each strip to the edge of the bag. Decorate the bag however you like. 😀 Project measurements in centimeters: Designer Paper (DSP): 30 x 30 cm Make folds at 7 cm and 23 cm (if your paper has a specific orientation, at this stage, turn it right-side up). Rotate the paper a quarter turn to the left. Make folds at 11.5 cm and 18.5 cm. Plain cardstock: we'll cut strips. 23 x 3 cm (x2) Fold in half at 1.5 cm. Crease the fold properly and apply glue to the inside to create the loops. 16 x 6 cm (x2) Fold in half at 3 cm. Make pencil marks 1.5 cm from each side (left and right). Place the loop strip next to this line, inward, to draw the second line. Cut between these two lines with a craft knife; this is where you'll insert the loop to glue it to the inside. Insert and glue the loops, then glue the strips to each side of the bag, positioning the loops so they form a circle facing inward. Cardboard for the closure: 9.5 x 5. Emboss it with the embossing folder. Glue each of the strips to the edges of the bag. Decorate the bag as you wish. 😀 New to streaming or looking to take your skills to the next level?
