Day in the Life of Me Living Alone in China's Ghost City
The property management fee for the apartment here is $0.50 per square meter per month. My unit is around 50 square meters, so the fee comes to approximately $25 a month. I don't have to pay this myself, as it is already included in my $100 monthly rent. Electricity costs $0.09 per kilowatt-hour and water is $0.40 per ton; aside from that, there are no additional expenses. I have no friends here, so there are no social-related costs.
