2 Consejos QUE TODO CONDUCTOR Asalariado Debe Saber para No Pagar Averías Injustas
Being a salaried driver means carrying a huge responsibility… but that doesn't mean we have to shoulder blame that isn't ours. In this video, I share two essential tips that can save your reputation, your wallet, and your future career in the professional transport industry. Many colleagues have experienced unfair situations: damage caused by others, breakdowns ignored by the company, and vehicles in poor condition that endanger the driver's life. That's why this video exists: to give you real, practical, and legal tools that truly protect you. 1️⃣ The video that protects you from false accusations. When we leave a truck for vacation, a vehicle change, or the end of a contract, we are vulnerable to someone damaging the truck afterward and being blamed. Here I explain how to record a video without cuts, showing your face, your name, the date, the exterior of the truck, and the interior of the cab. That video, sent to human resources, becomes your definitive proof if someone tries to hold you responsible for a collision or damage you didn't cause. It's your shield. Your peace of mind. Your defense. 2️⃣ When the company forces you to drive with a serious breakdown. If the truck already has a red STOP light on due to low oil and they still order you to continue, you're facing extreme risk: Total lack of lubrication due to a broken oil line = Seized engine. Non-functioning oil pump = Possible accident due to someone else's negligence. And the worst part: you wouldn't even know, because you'd already set off with the alarm on. In the video, I explain how to document in writing that you reject all responsibility until the company repairs the breakdown, and how to warn them that they will be directly responsible for any damage or injury you suffer for forcing you to drive in those conditions. This advice not only protects your job. Protect your life. This video is essential if you are… a professional driver, a salaried transporter, or simply a driver who wants to protect themselves legally. A transport worker tired of injustice. Why should you watch it to the end? Because nobody teaches you this. Because too many colleagues have lost money, points, or even their jobs for not knowing how to defend themselves. Because your reputation, your dignity, and your safety are too valuable to leave in the hands of others. If this video helps you, share it with your colleagues. #ProfessionalDrivers #Truckers #Transportation #WorkplaceSafety #DriverRights #TruckersSpain #FreightTransport #TruckerLife #ProtectYourJob #WorkplaceSafety #TruckersSpain #TruckLife #WorkplaceHazards
