Captured by her husband, she became a victim of violence against her son. She was unable to escape from her husband, Vedat, and each attempt ended negatively. Nefes struggled to explain each of Vedat's attacks to her son, trying to convince him that this was just a game. Nefes's brother, her only relative, died while he rescued her. A businessman from the Black Sea region, Mustafa, traveled to Istanbul to make new deals with Vedat and brought his family with him. Mustafa and his family stay at Vedat's house, and Mustafa's younger brother, Tahir, notices that Nefes is affected by domestic violence. Unfortunately, Tahir is unable to do anything to help Nefes. However, Nefes makes plans again that night to escape from the house and hides in Tahir's truck with her son. Her plan is to get out of the truck after leaving home and start a new life with her son. But things don't go as planned; Nefes and her son fall asleep in the back of the truck. They find themselves in Trabzon, Black Sea. Tahir discovers these two fugitives in Trabzon and has no idea that he will enter into a major battle to save them.
