The online program series "Survival School: Experience" features Dmitry Danilov, writer, poet, and playwright. Born in 1969 and based in Moscow, he is the author of eight books of prose, five books of poetry, and five plays. His texts have been translated into English, French, Italian, Dutch, German, Polish, Chinese, Hungarian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, and Macedonian, and published in the US, Europe, and China. He is a winner of the Andrei Bely Prize (2019, Prose category), the Golden Mask Award (2018, Best Playwright category), the Remarque (2017) and Kulminatsiya (2017) playwriting competitions for his play "The Man from Podolsk," and the Initial Event – ​​21st Century (2018) and Characters (2018) playwriting competitions for his play "Witness Testimony." Dmitry Danilov's plays have been performed in over forty Russian and international theaters. He is a winner of several Russian and international literary awards. He was a two-time finalist for the Big Book Award (2011 and 2013). The online program series "Survival School: Experience Available" explores the experience of living under force majeure circumstances. What can or should people, society, and government do to navigate the global crisis with minimal losses?
