You’ll need a chair and light weights for today’s class. If you don’t have light weights, you can substitute small soup cans. I’m Carol, your certified Chair Yoga instructor, and I’m so glad you’re joining me today. This 44 minute chair yoga practice explores strength building poses using light weights including Shoulder work.
