Because that same mystical catalyst triggered Goku’s Super Saiyan 4 state, one interpretation is that the transformation’s base enhancement may sit around that range. Of course, it’s possible that SSJ4 possesses its own inherent multiplier layered on top of Neva’s initial surge. If that’s the case, stacking the effects could plausibly push the total amplification closer to ten times his prior level — though still far from the astronomical dominance implied in GT.
